Issue II

In addition to our generalized rolling submissions, our editorial team sourced a set of submissions inspired by MAPH’s Core course theme: “States of Nature.” We encouraged our contributors to engage with the multiplicity of the term “nature,” such as submissions that challenged genre conventions and engaged with nature in either the affective or ecological connotations. We are so proud to present the already excellent work by our MAPH students and alumni alongside a lovely subtheme section of nature-related creations. Also new to Issue II: a set of interviews with our MAPH preceptors about their latest works where they discuss the process of writing, editing, and publishing with our CF fellows. This year, as every year, CF is proud to present an excellent body of work that demonstrates the varied interests and talents of the MAPH community, academically and otherwise.
