We are very excited to announce the recruitment of one of our former fellows, Dr. Megan Applewhite, to the UChicago Medicine Endocrine Surgery Team. Dr. Applewhite currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery and Center for Ethics Education and Research at Albany Medical College, Albany, N.Y. She is the Director of the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical College and holds the John A. Balint, M.D., Chair of Medical Ethics in the College. Dr. Applewhite will be a fantastic mentor and resource for the training of our endocrine surgery fellows. Welcome Megan!
