Harper Court’s Phase II development joins University of Chicago, University of Illinois, and the U.S Army Research Laboratory

When 53rd Street’s Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation expands into a planned 280,000-square foot development with 20-story office tower and laboratory as the second phase of Harper Court, it will establish a leading-edge partnership with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and the U.S. Army Research Laboratory (ARL).
