We have optimized two additional RNAscope ISH Assays, RNAscope 2.5 LS Red reagent and RNAscope 2.5LS Duplex Reagent, and we are ready to offer the services to our community. These two Assays can be run on Leica Bond RX automatic stainer for single or dual RNA probe detection for light microscopic observation. 10% neutral buffered formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human and mouse tissues can be used for these assays. A photo taken from a mouse kidney (FFPE) stained with RNAscope 2.5 LS Red reagent kit for a single RNA probe detection is shown.
