Dear Colleagues,

 I hope this note finds you well as we begin an unusual quarter. Given that many of our participants are internationally located, and that all of us are undertaking various forms of labor in this challenging time, the Islamic Studies Workshop has decided to postpone our planned meetings for the Spring until next year.

 We do plan to continue circulating relevant information on our listserv, and hope to stay connected as we work from home. To get the ball rolling on that, here is a link to the Middle East Research and Information Project (https://merip.org/), now open access through May! Feel free to send me (akanbot@uchicago.edu) other Islamic Studies related sites, and I will compile and send out a list in the coming weeks.
