We work at the interface of chemistry and biology, delving deep into understanding protein post-translational modifications (PTMs) and the key roles they play in disease-related cell signaling and immune regulation. We focus on how these PTMs and their associated enzymes can be harnessed for targeted therapies. Leveraging advanced methods from chemical biology, biochemistry, protein engineering, and synthetic biology, we are a team of chemical biologists and protein/antibody engineers. Our mission is to design pioneering molecules, unravel the complexities of biology, and pave the way for the next generation of therapeutic breakthroughs.
