We are pleased to host Dr. Itamar Taxel, from the Department of Archaeology and Near Eastern Cultures at Tel Aviv University and current Research Associate at the Center for Jewish Studies, the University of Maryland. Dr. Taxel will be presenting a paper, entitled:
“Shedding New Light on the Byzantine-Islamic Transition: Excavations from Yavneh-Yam on the Palestinian Coast.”
