About Our Tournament
The Great Chicago Fire Invitational, or GCFI, is the University’s invitational tournament and a “Big Five” AMTA competition. The top 24 collegiate teams by TPR compete to claim the most prestigious title on the circuit — outside of the National Championship. Our 2025 edition was held on January 25 and 26 at the historic Palmer House in Chicago.
