About Our Tournament
The Great Chicago Fire Invitational, or GCFI, is the University’s invitational tournament and a “Big Five” AMTA competition. The top collegiate teams by TPR, including the entirety of the top 10, compete to claim the most prestigious title on the circuit — outside of the National Championship. Our 2025 edition was held on January 25 and 26 at the historic Palmer House in Chicago.
