Between May 27 and 29, 2020, the University of Cartagena, Colombia, will hold the 1er Encuentro Internacional de Investigadores en Estudios Afrolatinoamericanos, to mark the centennial of writer Manuel Zapata Olivella’s birthday (1920-2004).
