Presentation Information:

Selected talks will be 15 minutes in length, with 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions after, as well as a Discussion period at the end of each session.

Posters should be in A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).

Transportation Around Paris:

Public transport in Paris is readily accessible and affordable. For those attending from outside of Paris, a weekly Navigo pass is available for purchase online as well as at all RATP ticket desks. If you plan to travel  to Paris by plane, please note that both the Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports are located in “Zone 5,” and that the workshop as well as the nearby hotels listed above are located in “Zone 1.”  For more information about the weekly Navigo ticket, please see the RATP website:

In addition, a taxi or Uber ride from either Charles de Gaulle Airport or Orly Airport to anywhere in Paris costs about 33+ € each way.
