CENSL is focused psychotic disorders, working specifically on Dr. Keedy’s area of expertise, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. CENSL served as the Chicago site of BSNIP, a study which sought to identify biological markers of psychotic disorders. Additionally, CENSL seeks to assess the “severity” of hallucinations through measures such as CHAT.
CENSL supports ongoing research in areas of aggression, personality, anxiety, eating disorders, HIV and the effects of substance abuse on brain networks.
