Now ordering a stunning (and delicious) signature celebration cake from Vanille Patisserie is more convenient than ever! The company has launched an easy to use, online ordering system, and with 72-hour notice, customers can select a design; size; cake flavor, filling, and inscription; and have their cake ready for pick up at any of Vanille’s four locations, including the Hyde Park store at 5229 S. Harper Court. For an additional fee, delivery to select Chicago locations is available. Previously, a customer would have to come into a Vanille location or call during business hours to order a celebration cake.
The website includes 17 different festive designs, perfect for any occasion as well as specific celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, wedding showers, and more. Some of the cake designs include Vanille’s signature macarons, fresh fruit, and glittery cake toppers.
Signature celebration cakes are available three sizes, and depending on the level of decoration, prices range from $37-58 for a 6” cake serving up to 10 guests, $57-75 for an 8” cake serving up to 20 guests, and $99-125 for a 10” cake serving up to 30 guests. For larger cakes and more customized designs, customers may call Vanille at 773-868-4574 for pricing.
There are seven cake flavors including chocolate, lemon, white buttermilk – as well as the pre-matched cake/filling combinations of Funfetti cake with American buttercream filling, red velvet cake with cream cheese filling, carrot cake with cream cheese filling, and hummingbird cake with cream cheese filling. For the three cake flavors without pre-matched fillings, customers can select from 21 available fillings – from as classic as chocolate ganache or German chocolate, as kid-friendly as chocolate chip cookie dough or cookies and cream, or as gourmet as butter pecan mousseline with sugared pecans or vanilla and rose mousseline with raspberry jam.
