Applications for the 2024 Institutional Research and Academic Career Development Award (IRACDA) are now open! This opportunity provides postdocs with both high-quality research experience and mentored teaching and training experience at two partner institutions. Participants work with both a faculty research mentor at the University of Chicago and faculty teaching mentors at local partner institutions. Individuals also receive additional training through a specialized curriculum by the Institute for Future Academics.
