This week we’re delighted to have Agnes Mondragón (PhD Candidate, Department of Anthropology, University of Chicago) presenting a paper entitled “War Fictions: Truth Effects, Charismatic Criminality, and Populist Fantasy in Mexican Narcoseries.”
Salomé Aguilera Skvirsky (Assistant Professor, Department of Cinema and Media Studies, University of Chicago) will provide a response.
