Prof. Olivia Remie Constable, Robert M. Conway Director of the Medieval Institute, University of Notre Dame, will talk about her paper: ““Food and Meaning: Christian Understandings of Muslim Food and Food Ways, 1250-1550.″ The response will be provided by David Cantor-Echols, PhD student in History.
