Registration

Registration is now closed. Please email us if you have any questions.

For those that registered, as a reminder:

• All events will be held fully in-person on the UChicago campus.
• Events will be run by Science Olympiad alumni and coaches.
• Schools may register no more than 2 teams with no more than 15 students per team. Please fill out the registration form once per each team.
• Registration will close November 30th, 11:59pm CT or whenever we reach our 45 team cap.
• Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration fees are $30/team for CPS Schools and $100/team for non-CPS schools. Further payment information can be found below.
• Scoring will be done with no JV/V distinction.

Invitational fees are $100/team for non-CPS schools and $30/team for CPS schools. We accept payments made by check to the University of Chicago, mailed to this address:

Rules and Guidelines

The UChicago Science Olympiad Tournament will follow all rules and guidelines as seen in the official National rulebook or online. This supersedes any adjustments made by Illinois State Science Olympiad or any other group. This is because we are hosting teams from many different states and want to keep the competition fair for all teams.
