CareerShift allows Students and Alumni to easily search, store and organize their job and internship searches. When creating your account, please use our program code: “SSDMAPrograms.” This service provides the ability to:

MA Connect

UChicago SSD MA Career Services offers an exclusive in-house career management tool, MA Connect powered by College Central Network (CCN). The tool is available 24/7 online.

• Apply to jobs and Internship opportunities posted exclusively for you, and search other opportunities via Jobs Central® and Intern Central®, national job boards.
• Create and upload your resume and career portfolio (when required) to make them available to employers.
• Access our advising schedule, events calendar, career/job search advice documents, mentoring and more.
• Employers search for talented students and alumni, and post unlimited jobs for free.

GRAD Gargoyle

Additionally, UChicagoGRAD offers the GRAD Gargoyle, an online portal for Career Development, powered by Symplicity.

• Schedule advising appointments (for things like Career, Fellowships, Writing, & more).
• Search for Jobs & Internships.
• RSVP to attend On-Campus Events.
• Update your GRAD Gargoyle Student Profile.
