We are looking for volunteers to work 2-hour shifts during the second annual Southside Sciences Festival, to be held on campus on September 30th.
WiC+ will be hosting a table with the following hands-on activity
Pipet Art: Using colored water and 96-well plates, participants can follow pre-made designs or create their own art. The plate will then be sealed and can be taken home as a unique suncatcher! This activity is super popular for all ages. It introduces participants to the concept of multiple well plates used in experiments and provides dropper pipet practice.
