The LaVision Ultramicroscope is an upright lightsheet microscope ideal for large fixed and cleared fluorescent samples.
Triple lightsheet technology allows for illumination of varying xy areas with a thin z slice, making collection faster than point-scan confocal with similar blur reduction and resolution. It features objectives in 1.3x, 4x and 12x with a 2x mag changer and up to 12x digital zoom, for imaging a broad overview down to cell level detail.
The Andor Zyla 4.2mpix sCMOS camera combined with dipping objectives designed to match media from 1.3 – 1.647 create sharp images up to 10mm in to cleared tissues, using up to 5 color filters (cyan, green, red, deep red and near IR).
