Workshop Overview:

Hosted ​by ​the Milwaukee Muslim Women’s Coalition in ​concert ​withThe ​Initiative ​on ​Islam ​& ​Medicine ​at ​the ​University ​of ​Chicago, ​this ​workshop ​discusses ​the ​sources ​of ​Islamic ​bioethics, ​Islamic ​bioethical ​guidelines ​pertaining ​to ​end-of-life ​care, ​and ​identifies ​the ​major ​ethical ​values ​at ​stake ​in ​the ​provision ​of ​end-of-life ​care ​to ​Muslim ​patients.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits provided through the joint providership of the Chicago Medical Society and the Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
