This week we are delighted to welcome David Estlund, Distinguished Visiting Professor of Political Philosophy and Lombardo Family Professor of Humanities at Brown University, to the Practical Philosophy Workshop.
Professor Estlund will be presenting a paper entitled “What Good is It? Unrealistic Political Theory and the Value of Intellectual Work”. The meeting will take place on Friday, January 20th from 10.30am – 12.20pm, and will be held in Wieboldt 111 (please note the change from our usual room).
In accordance with our usual practice, Professor Estlund will be making a brief 10-15 minute presentation on the main points of the paper in the workshop. To download the full paper, visit our download page and enter the password “praxis”.
