The Kratos AXIS Nova: The AXIS Nova is based on a monochomatic Al Kα X-ray source with a state-of-the-art delay line detector (DLD) system. This detector allows for faster image acquisition and enhanced small spot analysis sensitivity. The system employs an automated multiple sample platen system that allows for increased sample throughput. UV excitation is also available.
