Law and Economics (2019)

Our cohort will use economics as a tool to investigate how efficient different laws are and what legal rules could be recommended. Topics such as behavioral economics and game theory will also be covered since they play a crucial role in some issues we plan to explore such as vice regulation and contract. Like other cohorts, we will read and discuss some of the most fundamental and interesting papers during autumn, learn R together and explore research ideas in winter, and conduct the research over spring. If you are interested in economics in general and want to know how it can be applied in a variety of matters that are closely related to our life, joining our cohort will be a great option.
