Robert Woodberry is associate professor of political science at the National University of Singapore and current visiting fellow at the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. He will be presenting a paper entitled “Aid that Works: Missionaries, Economic Development and the ‘Reversal of Fortunes.'” Yeonju Lee will serve as discussant. Please come prepared for lively discussion and light refreshments.
