Graduate student Christian Checkcinco was selected to receive a Presidential Poster Award at ENDO 2023 for his poster entitled “The G protein coupled receptor GPR31 promotes islet inflammation and diabetes.” He gave a brief overview of his research findings during a rapid-fire poster session at the meeting.
