Please join the Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe Workshop on Wednesday, January 19th from 4:30-6:00 pm CST for our second session of Winter Quarter 2022. We are excited to have Filip Herza, Visiting Fulbright Scholar from the Institute of Ethnology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, who will be presenting his paper, “’Colonial Czechoslovakia? Ruthenia, Overseas and Liberal Governance in the Interwar Czechoslovak Republic.” Ben Van Zee, PhD Candidate in the Department of History, will serve as the respondent.
