October 2: Celeste Day Moore

Please join us and the Social History Workshop on Wednesday, October 2nd to discuss Celeste Day Moore’s dissertation chapter, “Speaking in Tongues: Louis T. Achille and the African-American Spiritual in France, 1948-1956.” The paper is now available on Chalk.

The workshop will be held in the John Hope Franklin Room (Social Science 224) from 5:00-6:30, with refreshments following discussion.
