My name is Katharine Richardson, and I am from Concord, Massachusetts. I am a first year at the college, and I am pursuing a major in Economics with a minor in French and Architecture. I am very interested in languages, and I hope to study abroad in a French-speaking country at some point in the next few years!

 

I chose to do my presentation on climate change and the production of wine in France because of my interest in the environment and the effects of climate change on agriculture. I have done previous projects on climate change and increased droughts and the effects on the production of chocolate, so I thought that it would be interesting to research how it will affect wine in France and the French agricultural economy.
