This video was created as part of the final project for French 203: Language, History and Culture, taught by Nicolas Portugal.

My name is Charles Hendon, and I am a second-year Romance Languages and Literatures Major studying French, Spanish, and soon-to-be Portuguese. I chose this topic because cartoons are something that have always been a big part of my life as you will hear in the video. The idea for the topic came spontaneously from a discussion we were having in class, and it was sparked because of the Bob’s Burgers tee-shirt I was wearing. I knew that we would eventually have to complete a project for the end of the quarter so I thought it was the perfect choice!
