Please join the Transnational Approaches to Modern Europe Workshop next Wednesday, April 12 as we welcome our guest speaker, Stefanos Geroulanos, Associate Professor of History at the New York University, who will be presenting his paper “The Emperor’s Two Bodies: Mirrored Sovereignty, the Code civil, and the Napoleonic New Men” Commentary will be provided by Kaitlyn Tucker, PhD Candidate in the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures. We will meet in the John Hope Franklin room (SS 224) from 5:00PM-6:30PM. Reception will follow in the Tea Room.
