For instructions on how to schedule the hands on portion of the training, please see the Instrument Software training page (located under the Training menu).

Additional Resources

Each cytometer has a dedicated page that contains information specific to the CAT Facility instruments. These dedicated pages can be accessed through the benchtop analyzers page or by clicking one of the bars in the instrument status on the homepage. It is recommended that you take a look at the page dedicated to your chosen cytometer before you use it for the first time.

If you’re looking for further training materials on how to properly set up a flow cytometry experiment, check out the Resources Library, located under the Resources menu. There are also many helpful blog posts, including a list of publications every flow cytometrist should know about.
