Important change to reservation cancellation policy!!! Beginning January 3, 2022 users will be required to cancel a reservation 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of the full charge for the time booked.  This is an increase from our previous 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee of half charge for the time booked.  The fee will be waived once per month no questions asked to account for bad samples, unusable live preps, illness, emergencies, etc.

Over the weekend of November 20-21, 2021 we upgraded our Booked scheduler software. A second upgrade on December 3 to Booked v2.5.8 fixed some bugs from the November upgrade. There are some new features including a new wait list notification and limits on future reservations.
