Please join for a special one-day workshop with Laura Maasdam, a founding partner of Sixth Wing, LLC. She is an executive performance coach and noted speaker on negotiation, communication, and persuasion. Laura graduated from the United States Naval Academy and Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
This highly interactive and exercise-based course is designed to strengthen and refine your skills in negotiation. Taught through the lens of interest based negotiations, this course focuses on value creation and building relationships with your counterpart in order to achieve the optimal outcome. Topics include:
- Developing a Negotiation Strategy
- Using Each Side’s Interests to Negotiate More Effectively
- Using Standards Effectively to Create Power
- Issues of Commitment and Authority in Negotiations
- Giving Persuasive Presentations Using Personality Profiles
Space is limited to 25-30 people per day and registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
