Faculty Promotions Series
Sponsored by the Office of Faculty Affairs and the Office of Academic Affairs, these sessions highlight resources available to BSD and SOM track faculty preparing for reappointment or promotion.
The Office of Faculty Affairs and Office of Academic Affairs are pleased to offer a workshop series on preparing for success in the faculty promotion process. As part of our goal to help cultivate and connect institutional structures for faculty advancement, we will be hosting a workshop series to support faculty advancement on their pathways to promotion. The workshops will focus on important aspects of the promotion process, policies and procedures in order to help faculty best plan and present their promotion cases.
The series will be offered in-person for faculty on the SOM track seeking promotion from Assistant to Associate on March 3, 2025, in the Chicago Lying-In Auditorium L-168 from 11-12:00pm.
