I’m incredibly proud of my wife Marianne Parker – one of the best pianists in Chicago! Here’s why!

This is Amp, a piano concerto with wind ensemble composed by the most excellent Alan Theisen to showcase Marianne’s musicality and rhythmic chops. She got the chance to play with the UoC Wind Ensemble at the Logan Center for the Arts in May 2024. The recording here is also introducing young Jacques and his unwarranted ‘bye-bye’ vocal part. He had to step out of the room mid-way through the piece.
