The new server online portal has been in use for a while and I thought we could provide a couple of tips and tricks to improve the experience.

1 – Don’t use the online portal! It is slow, and the 2FA challenge gets to be annoying over time. We suggest that you use File Zilla (or equivalent, CyberDuck or something) to connect to the server (see tutorial below).

2 – Every now and then, you’ll need to reconnect to the online portal. Your password needs to be updated every 6 months or so and you won’t know about it if you never open the portal. So if you ever lose connection, that would be one thing to look for.
