Mr. Guangfeng Mou is a senior official of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China. He served as the director of the Department of Environmental Impact Assessment and has extensive experience in environmental protection in China.

牟广丰先生曾任中国环境保护部环境影响评价司司长，现任环评司正司级巡视员。牟先生广泛参与了中国的环境保护事业，曾任中国驻联合国环境规划署15届、16届理事会代表。此次牟先生将就中国城市化过程中的能源承载能力问题发表报告，并与听众交流。
